Are girls safe?
We find incidents of girls getting harassed almost everyday. Its become a ritual for those hooligans. what joy do they get in doing so?

whenever people watch such incidents happening just before them, the just wander away as if nothing had happened. Why has this atttitude of us human beings changed?
CAN'T there be a SOLUTION for this?
